Refund policy

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day you (or a person named by you) received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, send us a clear statement (e.g. an email) to hagelganz.amz@gmail.com including your order number.

Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Items picked up at a home game can also be returned at our merch stand at the next home game.
- We will refund all payments received from you, including the original standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back.
- Refunds are made using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Pre-orders
Pre-ordered items can be cancelled free of charge at any time before they are shipped or marked as ready for pickup. Simply email us with your order number.

Damaged or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong size, contact us within 14 days with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full at no cost to you.
