1. Seller

2. Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed via this online shop by consumers and businesses.

3. Contract
Product listings are not binding offers. By placing an order you make a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when we send you an order confirmation by email.

4. Prices & payment
All prices are in Euro (EUR) and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Payment is due at the time of order and is processed via the payment methods offered at checkout.

5. Pre-orders
Some products are sold as pre-orders. Payment is taken at checkout. The estimated pickup/delivery date is stated on the product page. If production is delayed, we will inform you by email; you may then cancel your order for a full refund.

6. Delivery & pickup
We deliver within Cyprus and to EU countries, or you can choose free pickup at our merch stand on home game days. Details: see our Shipping Policy.

7. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Details: see our Refund Policy.

8. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply.

9. Limitation of liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise our liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract.

10. Governing law
The laws of the Republic of Cyprus apply. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.

11. Online dispute resolution
The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
